at Deseret Samaritan Hospital in Mesa, AZ.
(My daddy was born there too!)

I weighed
7 pounds 5 ounces
and was
20.5 inches long,

I had a big head
(made Mommy say “OUCH!”)
14.5 inches
and my chest was 12.25 inches.

I was a big boy,
even though I arrived 4 weeks early!
